Hot air balloon flight 360 virtual tour

An early morning balloon flight to the International Balloon Festival of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, the largest gathering of balloons in Canada. The American pilot from New Jersey Joe Doer aboard his balloon Dream Chaser, the passenger Melanie Leblanc and photographer Jean-Pierre Lavoie flew over the farm land in north-east of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu direction of Mount St Grégoire. Some dozens of balloons accompanied around them in a peaceful flight without a hitch. The view is exceptional up there during the slow movement of the balloon effortlessly between heaven and earth. The silence is broken only by the pilot's communications with the pursuit team on the ground and the intermittent sounds of the burner which heats the air in the balloon. The balloon landed in the calm after the pursuit team had asked a farmer permission to land the balloon on the ground. All team members, including the dog and the passengers are involved to return the balloon and bring passengers to the starting point. But first, a good hearty breakfast will reward the adventurers. View the virtual tour in this 360 degrees interactive panorama and see it as if you were there.
